Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.


1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  •  The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

1. Contact us at care@monksays.co within the 7-day period.

2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or
  • You received the wrong product

Eligibility for Return in Such Cases:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Exchanges

In case of delivery of wrong product, expired product, damaged product, you can initiate a request for Exchange within a period of 7 days from the delivery.

  • After a successful quality check (QC), the exchange will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
  •  Delivery will take 3–5 business days after shipment.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at care@monksays.co.
