About the 1 year Free Replacement for BBETTER Dental Flosser:

  • This is to extend our services to our valued customers.
  • We want you to have the best experience possible in order to gain your trust.
  • You would be eligible for a free replacement on this product given that you check all the boxes of the terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions that apply for a Free Replacement:

  • To be eligible for the 1 year free replacement, the customer is requested to register within 7 days of receiving the product through the link on the warranty card.
  • The free replacement is valid only for a year.
  • The free replacement will come through after the team has assessed and approved that the damage is a manufacturing defect.

You might not be eligible for a free replacement if:

  • You haven't registered within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Damage to the device is a result of usage not in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines.
  • If the damage to the device is a result of short circuiting during power surge.
  • There is any cosmetic damage to the device like scratches, cracks or denting of the device or the accessories.
  • There has been a theft or loss of device.

How to initiate a free replacement?

  • To initiate a free replacement kindly get in touch with our customer service by dropping an email on care@monksays.co or call us at +91-8125599996.
  • Our customer service team will get right back to you.
  • The customer service team will further communicate the requirements to assess the device. (Pictures/videos, etc.)
  • Once the customer service team has assessed and approved of the device and it fits the above conditions, you shall receive a replacement within a week's time. If not, you will be informed accordingly.
